Payment Terms & Conditions for Internet Orders:
Orders will be confirmed, and payment received before commencement of fabrication. We take Credit/Debit Card Payments over the phone and written confirmations will be provided via email. Order details and charges will be verified via email before payments are processed.
Disclaimers:
Wood is beautiful natural product which makes a fantastic material to work with and brings warmth and comfort to our homes. However, wood is susceptible to warping with age, temperature, and humidity changes. To help prevent this from occurring we highly recommend proper storage, handling and staining or painting as soon as possible. Finishing the product with stain or paint seals the pores and stops the wood from absorbing moisture resulting in a more stable product.
We cannot guarantee single panel doors from warping over 40" tall or 18" wide. We will make suggestions in styles or added features to avoid this condition.
Local pick up is readily available from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Thursday. Please call ahead of time for special arrangements if optional times are needed.
We offer a delivery option within 100 Mile radius from our location. Call for details and estimate.
