Cabinet Doores Unlimited (CDU) provides order verification for accuracy and completeness. Once the order is approved by the customer and initiated by CDU order cancellations and changes will be reviewed and when necessary requoted. We will do everything we can to resolve these changes equitably. Please understand that each job is custom and there is no other use for your products outside of your respective project. Please verify your order submissions to our quote for accuracy and completeness. CDU estimating system is programmed to receive dimensions via “Opening” sizes or “Exact Dimensions” of the door. CDU does understand life happens, and plans change. If an order needs to be cancelled, the refunded amount will be prorated by how far along we are in the construction and material usage of the order.

Cabinet Doors Unlimited (CDU) does not accept returns on custom items.

Cabinet Doors Unlimited (CDU) warrants that all doors are guaranteed to be as specified with work being performed in accordance with specifications submitted in a substantial, workmanship manner.  Mineral streaks, color, burls, grain patterns and all other natural characteristics are not considered defects unless specifically called out by the customer when ordered; pursuant to the specification CDU may suggest alternate species of wood. CDU dimensional tolerances (due to the inherent nature of wood) allow for some contraction and expansion of the wood product. CDU is not liable for damages beyond the CDU facility, staff and delivery by CDU.

In cases where damage has occurred post CDU it is suggested to review with CDU as is in many instances it is less expensive to replace the product than to repair. CDU endeavors to ensure a positive customer experience on every project.

Custom cabinets and doors are an enhancement to our homes. Being a product from a living organism they are able to expand and contract (typically in the cross-grain structure) therefore it is greatly suggested to be finished within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt of order and best kept in a dry and temperature-controlled environment.
